Ten charged in alleged hazing at Tulane frat

New Orleans Police say ten members of a fraternity at Tulane University have been charged with second degree battery in an alleged hazing incident.
According to police, the charges stem from an incident last month at the Phi Kappa Alpha fraternity in the 1000 block of Broadway, when two pledges suffered severe burns. Sources close to the investigation tell WWL TV that the suspects poured boiling water on the pledges during the incident.
Police say the two victims were treated at a local hospital for "severe burns."
