Lt. Governor Mitch Landrieu says the state is almost at pre-Katrina tourism levels. He hopes a new advertising campaign will help get the number of visitors back where it was before the storm.
"We're announcing today that we're kicking off our ad campaign for the year called the 'My Louisiana' campaign," Landrieu told WWL First News.
The ads will feature a number of celebrities from Hollywood to the NBA and from the Kitchen to the recording studio. Each tells what they love about Louisiana.
