A Jefferson Parish Judge holds a hearing today to decide if there will be another delay in the trial for New Orleans broadcaster Vince Marinello.

The defense says they need more time to look over evidence that prosecutors just recently turned over. The murder trial was scheduled to start in Lafayette Monday.

Marinello allegedly gunned down his estranged wife, Mary Elizabeth Marinello, in an Old Metairie Parking lot in September of 2006.
